At Net-A-Kitchen we strive to provide timely and efficient delivery for all our kitchen units, doors, and appliances. Here’s everything you need to know:

Delivery Timeframe for Units and Doors

• Standard Option:
  • Orders placed on a Monday will be processed the same day, built the following week, and delivered the week after – typically within 3 weeks.
  • Orders placed after Mondays will be processed the following Monday, resulting in a delivery time of up to 3.5 weeks.

• Fast-Track Option: Order by 12 PM on a Monday for delivery in just 2.5 weeks, subject to availability.

• Painted Ranges: Due to their special finishes, expect a slightly longer lead time of 4 to 5 weeks.

Delivery Days by Region

Your delivery day will depend on your location. We deliver nationally twice a week, with additional days possible based on your postcode.

Delivery Fees

• Free Delivery: Enjoy complimentary delivery on orders over £750 for kitchen units and doors.
• Standard Fee: Orders below £750 incur a delivery fee of £18.
• Two-Man Delivery Service: Need an extra hand? Our two-man delivery service is available for £95. Please request this service when placing your order, as our drivers are unable to assist with unloading.
• Delivery for Appliances: A flat fee of £49 applies for curb-side drop offs, regardless of the number of appliances. In-Home Delivery is available upon request at a typical cost of £89 for the first item, with a sliding scale for additional items. Please contact us for a custom quote.
